Straight answers about the plan.
Do I need a plan to post?
No. Listing a business, posting rooms and jobs, and contacting people are free. A plan only raises limits and adds tools.
Who is it for?
Anyone who posts on Chaana: room and job posters, businesses and Gharelu home businesses. Gharelu listings stay in the app and are not shown on the public website.
How does the monthly Featured work?
Each billing month your plan adds credit worth one 7-day Featured in one suburb, on monthly and yearly plans. Use it at checkout when you Feature a listing. It expires at the end of each billing month and does not roll over.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Chaana Plus until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Extras over the free limits are hidden, you choose which stay visible, and they all come back if you subscribe again.
Where do I cancel?
Where you subscribed. On the website, in Plan and billing. Deleting your Chaana account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Does paying change my reviews or ranking?
No. Reviews and star ratings are never for sale, and normal results follow the same rules for everyone. Featured placements are always labelled.
